This release expands networking telemetry and conformance use cases to more deeply understand internet routing optimizations and business rules.

This release has a raft of new features focused on hardening advanced refresh token use cases as well as expanding our conformance checks of TLS certificates. Here are the details:

Our earlier research found an issue, which has been remediated. All services are running normally now.

Around 11 AM UTC, we noticed increased platform usage that may cause delayed calls to be made. We are investigating currently.
